I made all elements (icons, text, boxes, background parts, ...) as vector graphics. Because at the start of the project I didn't know on which sizes we will print. So I wanted to have the posibility to scale everything lossless.

The development of the cover was the most enjoyable part. Starting with simple scribbles and an exchange of ideas on a flip chart. After that I started with a first scribble plus two text designs. While the client was thinking about the text design, I changed meanwhile some details - especially the first hand was terrible ^^; - and added more details plus two more text designs. The Star Wars style won the selection and I did next a simple flat colored version. After that I shaded it and added some effects.

Originally we wanted to have the gamebox in red. But the print office said they have problems to do that without visible white edges. So we had to change it to white, which became the final version.
